Welcome Commodore 8-bit users!
I am so happy to bring to you this carefully crafted Buyer's Guide. The guide
lists over a 100 products, projects and kits available from more than 15 vendors.
Every item listed below is for your Commodore Vic-20, C64, C64c, SX-64, Plus/4,
c128 or c128D. And every product is commercially available today. That means you
can have confidence while you browse this guide that if you see something cool
you know you can order it and have one for yourself.
The products are grouped into one of 12 categories to help you find that piece
you've always wanted to expand your Commodore without needing to worry about who
makes it or who sells it.
It is my goal to have a page detailing each product, or product family, found
below. A details page describes the primary function and use of the product,
shows up–close photographs, lists the models of Commodore it is compatible with,
lists prices, and links to the product's homepage and the vendors who sell it.
The details page also opens up comments for the community to leave reviews,
and ask and answer questions. Please have patience while the details pages get
created and put online. I didn't want anything to hold up the initial release of
the Buyer's Guide. The products which have a feature page show the pointing
hand icon and underlined title text when the mouse hovers over them.
PS. If your commercially available product, project or kit for a Commodore 8-bit
computer is not listed here, message me on twitter @gregnacu and we'll get you
PSS. If a project is listed here that is no longer commercially available, I
apologize in advance, and please let me know so I can delist it.
Almost uncategorizable in its breadth of usefulness.
Storage, Networking, Memory, USB, Audio, Hacker and more.
