How International Shipping Works
There is a flat world-wide shipping rate of $12.50 CAD. Standard shipping is through Canada Post and is sent as Small Packet, International Air, No-Tracking. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 14 days *. Although there is no tracking, rate of delivery is very high; packages are almost never lost.
You may upgrade your shipping by purchasing "enhanced shipping." Simply add the enhanced shipping to your cart as a line-item. Enhanced shipping is an additional $12.50 CAD and is the same rate world-wide. Enhanced shipping sends parcels with UPS, includes tracking, and reduces delivery time to 3 to 5 days, typically, depending on where it's going.
* Due to the temporary rotating Canadian Postal strike, standard shipping may be delayed by a few extra days.
Expectations and next steps
1. OpCoders Inc. uses PayPal as its order management system. You should receive an email from PayPal confirming that your order has been placed.
2. Please confirm your mailing address is correct in your PayPal order confirmation email. If your address is not correct, contact us immediately, quote your order transaction number and provide the correct mailing address.
3. Your order is being processed. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received, and typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a notification email from PayPal when your order has shipped.
4. If you ordered a copy of C64 OS, you will receive an email directly from OpCoders Inc. with an invitation to join the C64 OS Community Discord server.
